Data storage and processing
All data is stored and processed in encrypted form on servers located in the Nordic countries. Our service provider AWS guarantees a high level of security and reliability.
Visibility of data
Your data is not even readable by the Suunta.ai team. Only in the case of a support request, with the permission of the organisation, can the data be unlocked for viewing using the encryption key.
Language model security
We use OpenAI’s ChatGPT API templates, which do not use our customers’ data to train the templates. This ensures that your data is not used for any external purpose.
