Suunta.ai is an AI-based tool developed by Y4 Works that helps companies both create and implement their strategies effectively. It is built on our experience working with thousands of consulting clients, where we identified two key challenges for organizations: putting strategies into practice and making efficient use of AI. Suunta.ai provides a seamless way to advance your strategy and streamline plan execution and AI usage throughout the organization.

Suunta.ai differs from other language models in that it learns about your organisation’s strategies, goals and plans. Unlike common language models, Suunta.ai provides answers directly from company documents, so that solutions are aligned with strategy, goals and brand. In this way, the chat can be used with short questions, without the need for in-depth knowledge of prompts. In addition, Suunta.ai can create high-quality documents tailored to the company’s needs using 10 key questions.

In the context of business development, you can switch to using Suunta.ai entirely. Suunta.ai learns about your company’s strategy, objectives and business environment from your answers or from the documents you upload. Each conversation will guide your company towards your strategic goals, and you don’t need to know how to prompt or write long prompts, because Suunta.ai knows your company’s background already.

Data security is of paramount importance to us, which is why Suunta.ai’s data is stored within the European region on AWS carbon-neutral servers located in Sweden. All data is stored in encrypted form, and even the Suunta.ai team has no direct access to it. Encryption keys allow data to be viewed only during support requests, and always with the organization’s permission. We currently utilize OpenAI’s API models in the background, and OpenAI is committed to not using any processed data for model training. Each company’s information is stored as separate rows in the database, and no function permits unauthorized access to another company’s data. Furthermore, the system architecture is designed so that environments remain strictly separate, and the AI does not have unrestricted access to the database.

We have developed the system ourselves, and the latest version of ChatGPT is running in the background. Suunta.ai is also a technology-neutral system, so we can change the AI provider if another solution takes over.

Suunta.ai offers three pricing plans:

Solo: €150/month Suitable for solo entrepreneurs, offering unlimited access to all tools and document creation, as well as chat that supports strategy implementation.

Team: €100/user/month. Designed for teams that want to develop and implement their strategy together. Includes document creation and sharing among key personnel, plus a personal chat for each team member.

Consultant: €5,000/year Designed for companies that work on strategy with clients. The price includes unlimited client environments where you can create key client documents. You also get a commission if the client purchases Suunta.ai for their own use.

Solo and Team plans come with a free trial period, allowing you to test Suunta.ai risk-free. You can cancel your subscription anytime during the trial. You can also request a quote so we can tailor the solution to your organization’s specific needs.

You can choose between Finnish, English, Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, German or French as the language of the Suunta.ai system. The chat feature also supports a much wider range of languages, including Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Russian and many other commonly spoken languages.

Currently, Suunta.ai does not support direct system integrations, but API support and integration capabilities are on our development roadmap. If you’re interested in future integrations, stay tuned.
